My Approach

I empower you to lead yourself with compassion and to trust your intuition as your primary guide. No one can walk your path for you, only you can do that. My job is to walk alongside you providing support, accountability, and tools for your healing and development.

I utilize a range of traditional and modern tools breathwork, somatic experiencing, shadow work, and plant medicine depending on what would be most effective for you.

Our time together is a co-creation. Often times the outcomes we desire require us to face unexpected challenges and work on deep levels, therefore there is no pre-defined path, but will require courage, vulnerability, and commitment. Together we discover the way forward that is anchored in your truth.

Journey Preparation & Integration

Expansive medicine ceremonies can be huge catalysts for change, but the actual transformation takes time, effort, and support to crystallize. I’ve found that preparation & integration is of equal (or more) importance than the journey itself for lasting positive effects.

1:1 Coaching & Mentorship

Somatics (focus on the internal physical body) is the foundation of my method as it provides us with potent information about how we subconsciously relate to our environment. By getting in touch with your body, we develop a sense of how we truly feel, instead of how we think we should feel or be. Somatics is the doorway to developing intuition and a regulated nervous system which manifests alignment and liberation, respectively.

Additionally, we will utilize all the tools available to alchemize your shadows into gifts, heal and process trauma, rewire limiting beliefs, and embody the version of yourself that you are calling in.

Microdose Guidance

Microdosing Protocols can be a powerful ally to drop deeper into your emotional and energetic body. It modulates the connection between your conscious mind and the innate subtle wisdom that lives in the body. I can support your microdosing journey with general guidance, or we can incorporate this tool to deepen mentorship container. I am a certified Microdosing Coach through Mycology Psychology.

Private Ceremony

  • 1x Preparation Call (45 min): We set your intention(s) and ensure you feel physically, emotionally, energetically, and mentally prepared. I address any fears or questions you may have. You will be given some mindfulness practices to root you deeper into the work even before the ceremony begins.

  • 1x Sacred Ceremony (6 hrs): We create a sacred container where you can fully let go, feel safe, and go on a profound inward journey. I will guide you through meditation and breath after serving the medicine to create a supportive come up. I play a range of sound healing instruments that help you journey deeper. Optional hapè is available to aide with grounding and clarity.

  • 1x Integration Call (45 min): One week later, we check-in to see how you are integrating the lessons, insights, and inspirations that may have been revealed to you. We can reflect and re-connect to the essence of the journey.

  • Option to add extended support sessions and ceremonies.

Group Offerings

Breathwork & Sound Ceremonies

$300 for 75 min small group session in OC | +$50 within 1 hour drive

Embark on a deep inward journey powered by your own breath. This is a potent time to tap into the subconscious, move stagnant energy, and rewire limiting beliefs. Afterwards experience a deeply relaxing and nourishing sound bath. Some instruments I use are handpan, crystal and tibetan bowls, flute, guitar, chimes, etc.

The session can have a specific over-arching theme or can be adjusted according to your desires.
